In this presentation, the design and chemical synthesis of a series of flexible self-assembling supramolecules utilising both crown ether-naphthalene diimide host-guest chemistry and metalloporphyrin-pyridyl coordination is discussed.

The resulting compound structures and dynamics are probed using a variety of techniques, including proton NMR, C-H correlation spectroscopy, gradient COSY, NOESY and ROESY, diffusion ordered NMR spectroscopy (DOSY) and cold-spray ionisation mass spectrometry (CSI-MS).

本プレゼンテーションでは、クラウンエーテルとナフタレンジイミド間のホストゲスト化学と、金属ポルフィリンとピリジル基の配位の両方を用いて、フレキシブルに自己集合する一連の超分子化合物に関して、その分子デザインと化学的な合成について議論する。

また得られた超分子化合物の構造やダイナミクスについては、各種NMR（1H NMR、COSY、NOESY、ROESY、DOSY）やCSI-MSなど多様な手法を用いて調べた。
