These days, solar cells have been attracting lots of attention. However solar cells have not gained populality yet because it costs us so much money and cannot produce enough high efficiency to meet our demand. In this presentation, I would like make a proposal about new idea to make it possible to realize far higher efficiency. And then, I am going to introduce the letter about theoretical calculation of difficulty of mixing up GaInN and make comments about it.
近年太陽電池は大きな注目を集めている。しかしながら、未だ太陽電池は十分に普及しているとは言いがたいのは、やはりその高価なコストと、まだ我々の必要とするエネルギーを十分にカバーするだけのエネルギー変換率が得られていないのが原因であろう。そこで今回のプレゼンテーションでは、従来のシリコンベースの太陽電池の限界を打破しうる可能性を持つであろう新しいアイディアについて述べたいと思う。そして、それに関連したGaInNの合成に関する論文を紹介する。
