Title

High pressure study on superconductor K_xFe_2-ySe₂

Abstract

There are many study of iron based superconductor because of their characteristic crystal structure and high critical temperature of superconductivity. K_xFe_2-ySe₂ is attractive because it shows two superconductive phase at low pressure and high pressure which show different behavior. In addition, the material has coexisting superconducting phase and insulating phase, which can be changed by heat treatment. I will introduce my high pressure study

概要

鉄系超伝導では特徴的な結晶構造、高い転移温度が注目され、様々な研究がなされてきた。K_xFe_2-ySe₂においては低圧下、高圧下で振る舞いの異なる二つの超伝導相が存在することが報告されている。またこの物質では超伝導相と絶縁体相が共存し、熱処理によってその相分離の状態が変化する。本発表ではこれらを背景とした私の研究について発表する。
