Laser ablation is a technology that focuses a high-intensity pulsed laser on a solid surface and explosively releases its constituent atoms and molecules, submicron particles by irradiation. I introduce a report in which superconducting submicron particles of indium and rhenium fabricated using this laser ablation technology are trapped in liquid helium using a magnetic field. In this paper, the authors measured critical temperatures of superconductivity, by observing the threshold temperatures for the confinement of superconducting submicron particles in the trap.
